1 cup = 8oz or 250 ml (water)

1/3 cup = 80 ml

1/3 cup = 5 tbsp + 1 tsp

1/4 cup = 4 tbsp

1 Tbsp = 15 mL

1 Tbsp = 3 tsp

1 tsp = 5 mL

°F to °C

280°F = 138°C

350°F = 177°C

400°F = 205°C

450°F = 230°C
